All prices shown include VAT where applicable.

Orders from countries outside the scope of VAT will have the cost of VAT deducted, and the total costs include posting will be notified to you in order to obtain your agreement before payment is taken.

Delivery Service - UK

We normally deliver next working day.
Please however note the current delivery position shown against each item. Items marked 2 day delivery should arrive next working day if you order by 3pm. Those with 3 to 5 day delivery may take up to 5 working days as they need to be brought back from other locations to make up your order

Small items may be sent by first class post, larger or more expensive items may require a signature on delivery, in the event that no one is available the parcel will be taken to your local depot and a note will be left with information as to how to have the item re-delivered.

Customers wishing to return or exchange goods that are unsuitable will be responsible for return postage. However exchanged items will be re-sent to you without further delivery charges. (UK only)

Overseas Sales

For countries outside the scope of VAT we will deduct the cost of VAT before charging your credit card. You may be liable for local taxes within your own country.

Outside the UK we will use the most appropriate delivery method. The amount payable for most EEC countries is shown below the shopping cart or is available here.

For countries not shown on this chart we will notify you before despatch of the shipping costs, when we have your agreement to these costs we will then despatch your goods.

Battery Recycling

If you have old batteries which you need to dispose of they can be returned to our head office

Also most supermarkets and shops that sell batteries will have collection bins for used batteries, and some town halls, libraries or schools may also set up collection points.
