Based on the incredibly popular, tried and tested design of the Thermarest ProLite self-inflating mat range, this Therm-a-Rest ProLite Apex has all the technical prowess of the ProLites with an increased thickness for improved comfort, a lighter outer fabric to keep pack weight and size to a minimum, and offers the best warmth-to-weight ratio of any self-inflating mattress making it ideal for adventures all year round!
This ProLite Apex has a StrataCore construction, which uses a continuous layer of thermal foam nestled between alternating ridges of air and foam. This expanding foam core self inflates to make this mat a comfortable 5cm thick to offer you the warmest ProLite ever.
This Therm-a-Rest mat It has also had the new WingLock valve added, which is their intuitive and dependable valve that maximises air flow for easier inflation and quicker deflation.
With all this improved technology and spec we are really surprised to notice that the weight of the ProLite Apex is actually less than the ProLite Plus and the pack size is only 2cm longer meaning that you get the warmest and most comfortable ProLite that is still lightweight and easily fits in your pack ideal for your next fast and light adventure!
