The wide fitting of this boot provides an extra 5mm in the forefoot compared to the standard fit.

The outsole used is a Vibram AW integral sole which is extremely grippy and offers excellent traction, braking and support on a variety of challenging terrains making these ideal for multi day hikes, mountain walks and long distance hiking.
When you slip these solid walking boots on you will feel ready to get out and explore, start doing the laces up and you will see the improved lacing system gives a much more secure and personalised fit that can be tightened and loosened in key areas to give a solid and comfortable fit.
We have been really impressed with the build quality and materials used with these Tatra boots, from the padded soft leather cuff with vent holes right the way down to the soft fabric lower lining, the soft yet sturdy Nubuck upper, strong metal lacing hooks, and grippy Vibram outsole, this updated version of an old classic has quickly become a firm favourite of the outdoors enthusiasts!

HANWAG MEN'S TATRA II GTX WIDE BOOT
Excellent product, made in Germany. I appreciated the extra width fitting, seldom available on other major brands. Highly waterproof and the construction is largely from leather, not synthetic fibre. Not unduly heavy either. Recommended.
