Our Returns Policy
At Oswald Bailey we want you to be delighted every time
you shop with us so we make our returns policy simple.
Our "no quibbles" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with
the item you have purchased just return it in its original condition within 30 days and we
will issue a full refund for the price of the item. We will also be happy to refund the
delivery charge if the return is a result of our error.
For your protection we recommend that you use a Recorded Delivery service.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

Our Delivery Policy

Our aim is to deliver within 3 working days.
Please however note the current delivery position shown against each item. These are
normaly maximum working day times. For instance if you order an item showing 3 day
delivery after close of business on Friday you could expect delivery on Wednesday but we
may well deliver Tuesday. You will be required to sign for all deliveries.
Within the UK we use first class letter post for small items and Parcelforce 24
hour delivery for larger items.
Outside the UK we will use the most appropriate method and will notify you before
despatch.

VAT Policy
All Prices shown include UK VAT
For countries outside the scope of VAT we will deduct the cost of VAT before charging your
credit card. You may be liable for local taxes within your own country.

to pay
Our preferred option is that you pay by credit/debit
card (see below)
If however you prefer not to use a credit/debit card then we are happy to accept a cheque,
postal order or bankers draft. Please note that we need 6 working days for clearance of
cheques. If you do not want to put your card details on the internet then we can telephone
you for your card details.

until the goods are ready for despatch.
Your card is not debited when you enter the details, but only when we are ready to
despatch your order.

Association'
The Outdoor Industries Association is the industry trade body representing manufacturers,
retailers and service providers. They exist to encourage participation in outdoor
activities and to support the trade in all areas.

liaise constantly to maintain the leading edge in design and technology from concept to
product launch, which means UK consumers have access to the best.
All Outdoor Industries Association member companies are bona fide Outdoor Industries
specialists, offering the consumer a high level of expertise and knowledge when visiting
an Association retailer. All members sign up to a code of practice.
